Body Bronzing By Becca requires a credit card to hold all appointments. Your credit card information is securely stored with First Data Merchant Services and is only charged 1) in the event of a late cancellation or no show, 2) if designated by you as your preferred form of payment for your appointment.
As we are an appointment based business, most of our appointments are scheduled 3 to 30 days in advance and any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the service drastically impair our ability to re-book your time slot.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations less than 12 hours in advance of appointment time will be charged at 50% of the scheduled service.
No call, no shows will be charged at 100% of the scheduled service.
Members will forfeit one session for late cancellations.
Late Policy
While we understand that life can be crazy sometimes, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may or may not be able to accommodate you.
If you know you will be more than 10 minutes late to your appointment PLEASE CALL OR TEXT us so we can make every effort to reschedule you if necessary. You may be charged a cancellation fee if we are unable to reschedule.
